Italialady's rosemary butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter, soft
  • 2 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped fresh needles
  • some lime juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the butter in a bowl and stir in the rosemary and a little lime juice with a fork. Season with salt and pepper. Let it sit in the refrigerator for a while to allow the flavor to develop. This butter pairs very well with grilled lamb.
