SABO – Spaghetti with spinach and feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 red chili peppers, finely sliced
  • 70 g tomatoes, sun-dried, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 g leaf spinach, coarsely chopped
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 200 g sheep’s cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook spaghetti al dente. Heat olive oil in a wok, sauté chilies, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. Add spinach, let it wilt, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt, lemon zest, and pepper. Mix thoroughly drained spaghetti and spinach. Sprinkle with feta cheese before serving.
