Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ciabatta
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 7 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g tomatoes
- 1 tbsp capers
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ bunch basil
- ½ bunch parsley
- salt and pepper

a delicious salad for summer
Cut the ciabatta into cubes and toast in a pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Just before the end of the toasting time, add the finely chopped garlic clove. Deseed and chop the tomatoes, roughly chop the capers and herbs, and toss with the bread. Make a dressing with the remaining olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over the salad. Let the salad marinate for about 1 hour.
