Stuffed cannelloni

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • some garlic cloves, 3-5, to taste
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 packs of tomato sauce
  • 1 pack of cannelloni
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of grated cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, finely chop the onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Then mix them with the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture and place it in a greased baking dish (spread the bottom of the dish with tomato sauce). Pour the tomato sauce over the cannelloni. If the dish is small and you need to make several layers, add a little sauce between the cannelloni layers as well. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for approximately 30-45 minutes.
