Melon with Parma ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 melon(s) (Galia or net melon)
  • 250 g Parma ham, thinly sliced
  • e.g. olive oil
  • ½ lime(s)
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Parma Melons – Classic

Halve the melon, remove the seeds, and cut into thin slices. Arrange fan-shaped pieces on a platter. Place the Parma ham in the center. Squeeze half a lime. Season with plenty of freshly ground pepper, lime juice, salt, and olive oil, and serve immediately.
