Pumpkin and Orange Jam

The perfect pumpkin and orange jam recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pumpkin
  • 250 ml Orange juice
  • 1 Splash Lemon juice
  • 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
  1. First of all, sterilize the required smaller jars and lids.
  2. Clean and cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds and fibers, and peel.
  3. Now cut or grate the pumpkin into small pieces. Put the pumpkin mixture in a saucepan and cook until translucent with a little liquid, about 10 minutes. Then puree if you like.
  4. Now add the juice and preserving sugar to the pumpkin. Mix everything together and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
  5. Pour the jam into jars while it is still hot, close tightly and turn upside down until cold.
