Pumpkin and Orange Jam

- 500 g Pumpkin
- 250 ml Orange juice
- 1 Splash Lemon juice
- 500 g Preserving sugar 2: 1
- First of all, sterilize the required smaller jars and lids.
- Clean and cut the pumpkin, remove the seeds and fibers, and peel.
- Now cut or grate the pumpkin into small pieces. Put the pumpkin mixture in a saucepan and cook until translucent with a little liquid, about 10 minutes. Then puree if you like.
- Now add the juice and preserving sugar to the pumpkin. Mix everything together and bring to a boil. Let simmer for 4 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
- Pour the jam into jars while it is still hot, close tightly and turn upside down until cold.
