Italian almond biscuits, delicious with cappuccino or wine

Form the ingredients into a dough and chill for 30 minutes. Then shape into 6 rolls with a diameter of 3-4 cm and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (preheated) for 10-15 minutes. Then let cool. While the rolls are still soft, cut them diagonally into 1 cm wide slices with a bread knife and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until golden brown. Serve with a cappuccino or wine and dream of Italy.
