Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 240 g flour
- 100 g sesame seeds, roasted

- 2 egg yolks
- 200 g sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Perfect with a glass of red wine, makes about 30 cookies
Beat the eggs and egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and sesame seeds. Form a roll about 30 cm long and 10 cm wide and place it on a greased baking sheet. Using the edge of your hand, flatten the sides of the roll slightly so that it is only about 5 cm thick in the middle. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes, remove from the oven, and let cool for about 10 minutes. Then, using a sharp knife, cut the whole thing into thin (about 1 cm wide) slices. Place these on a clean baking sheet and bake for another 8 minutes at 150°C.
