Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
  • 1 tbsp curry powder, Indian
  • 100 ml vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp ginger, fresh, chopped
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce, sweet
  • 2 spring onions, finely chopped
  • ½ apple, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spicy, but absolutely delicious! Especially with patties!

Heat the olive oil, briefly fry the diced onion and garlic cloves. Sprinkle with a little curry powder, pour in a little stock, and simmer gently. Add the chopped ginger and the remaining curry powder, then top up with the remaining vegetable stock and a little cream. Let everything reduce slightly. This will form a creamy sauce. Now add the remaining cream and the chili sauce. Add the apple, spring onions, and parsley and heat briefly again. Season with salt. Delicious with grain patties!
