Papaya – Mango – Cream

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 mango(s) (Thai mango)
  • 1 lime(s)
  • 250 g double cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the papaya, halve it, and remove the seeds with a spoon. Cut one half into small cubes and chill. Quarter the other. Peel the mango with a vegetable peeler. Cut the flesh into wedges around the seed. Squeeze the lime. Blend the papaya quarters with the mango and lime juice in a blender. Whip the double cream with the vanilla sugar and stir in the fruit puree with the coconut flakes. Then divide between dessert bowls or glasses and chill for about 1 hour. Arrange the papaya cubes on top of the cream before serving.
