Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 kg pork fillet(s)
- 500 ml sweet cream
- 6 tbsp tomato paste
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 500 g mushrooms
- 4 onions
- 3 tsp curry
- 500 g cheese (e.g. Gouda)
- 3 bananas
- salt and pepper
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the pork fillet into medallions, season with salt and pepper, and sear lightly on all sides in hot oil. Then place in a greased baking dish and top with the sliced bananas. Slice the onions and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper. Add to the pan and sear until the moisture has evaporated. Combine the cream, tomato ketchup, tomato paste, and curry powder in a bowl and mix well. Stir in the cooked mushrooms and onions. Pour everything evenly over the meat and bananas. Sprinkle with the grated or sliced cheese. Bake for 40 minutes at 150°C. Serve with rice.
