Finely chop the garlic clove or press it through a garlic press. Knead it with the mixed minced meat, the peeled and mashed banana, the egg, 2-3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, mustard, sweet paprika, hot paprika, Tabasco, salt, and pepper. Form small balls with wet hands. Heat the clarified butter. Fry the balls in it until browned on all sides, remove from the pan, and keep warm. For the sauce, peel the onion and sauté it in the remaining frying fat. Add the packet of passata. Peel the mango, remove the flesh from the stone, and cut into small pieces. Peel and slice the banana. Add the fruit to the tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar, and the lemon juice. Stir in the chopped parsley before serving. Serve the sauce separately from the balls. Side dish: rice, baguette. The meatballs and sauce can be eaten hot or cold. They are also great as finger food for a party.
