Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 6 chicken legs
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup(s) pineapple, chopped
  • ½ cup(s) almonds, sliced
  • ½ cup(s) raisins
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt or vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp clove(s), ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Season the drumsticks well and sear them until crispy, then layer them in a baking dish. Mix the remaining ingredients, pour them over the meat, and roast in the oven for about 45 minutes.
