Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 40 ml oyster sauce
- 2 tsp honey
- some fish sauce
- 1 tsp coriander, ground
- 1 tsp five-spice powder
- 1 small chili pepper(s), dried
- 600 g chicken breast

Cut the chicken into strips. Then, in a bowl, combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and honey. Stir in the spices and chopped chili pepper. Add the meat strips to the marinade in the bowl, mix well, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. After 1.5 hours, soak 6 wooden shish kebab skewers in cold water to prevent them from burning. Once marinated, string the chicken breast strips onto the meat in an accordion-style pattern. Briefly sear on all sides in a pan with a little oil, then cook in the oven at 150°C for 1.5 hour. The skewers can be placed either on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or in a large casserole dish.
