Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 175 g sour cream
  • 120 g mayonnaise
  • some parsley
  • some chives
  • ¼ bunch of spring onions
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Finely chop the parsley, chives, garlic, and spring onions. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. It also works great as a sauce, for example, for chicken wraps.
