Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 packs of double cream cheese, natural
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • ½ onion(s), grated
  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some salt
  • 1 shot of milk
  • some sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Great party recipe – tastes delicious with pretzels, as a dip with vegetables or as a spread

Bring the cream cheese and butter to room temperature, then mix with the other ingredients until a creamy, smooth spread forms. Season well to taste. Let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, then season and stir again before serving. This recipe can easily be doubled or halved. It can also be prepared in advance and refrigerated overnight. Tastes great with small pretzels or freshly baked pretzels, as a spread on hearty bread, or for dipping with raw vegetables.
