Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cucumbers
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp sugar
- Paprika powder
- dill

Peel the cucumbers, deseed them with a tablespoon, and finely grate them. Place them in a bowl and season lightly with salt. Let stand for 20 minutes. Squeeze out the water and discard the cucumber juice. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and add to the cucumbers. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
