Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 100 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 225 g dark chocolate
- 75 g milk chocolate
- 50 g white chocolate
- 300 g strawberries, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for a 23 x 23 cm mold
Melt the butter, dark chocolate, and milk chocolate in a saucepan while stirring. Then let cool. Beat the eggs, sugar, flour, and salt with a hand mixer for about 2 minutes. Then add the cooled chocolate mixture while stirring. Roughly chop the white chocolate and fold it into the batter. Pour the batter into a 23 x 23 cm baking dish and spread the strawberries on top, gently pressing them down. Frozen strawberries should be thawed beforehand. Bake the batter in an oven preheated to 175°C (fan oven) for about 25 minutes on the middle rack to ensure the brownies stay moist inside.
