Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 1 kg quark
- 200 g butter
- 6 eggs
- 300 g sugar
- 125 g semolina
- 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Heat the butter while stirring until melted. Combine the hot butter and quark in a large bowl, then vigorously stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into a springform pan and bake at approximately 180°C for 45-60 minutes, until the cake turns a beautiful golden brown.
