Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 600 g matjes fillet(s)
- 300 g mustard pickle(s)
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp mustard, mild, coarse-grained
- 1 tsp pepper, green, pickled
- 2 tbsp honey
- 150 ml cream
- 250 ml crème fraîche
- 150 ml mayonnaise

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 30 minutes

Cut the fish into 2 cm pieces. Cut the gherkins into very small cubes. Mix all ingredients well and season with salt and pepper and a little of the gherkin juice. Then add the fish and mix gently. Refrigerate overnight.
