Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g chicken
- 250 g basmati rice
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 40 ml teriyaki sauce
- 30 ml sambal oelek
- 10 Pepper, green
- 2 onions
- 4 cloves garlic
Instructions

Combine the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, and sambal oelek in a bowl and mix together. Now cut the chicken into strips and add it to the bowl with the sauce. Let it all sit in the refrigerator overnight. You can also cook it straight away, but then the chicken won’t absorb as much of the flavor. Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Add the drained chicken to a wok with a little oil, while you add the peppers and onion. When the chicken is almost cooked, add the vegetables and finally deglaze with the rest of the sauce.
