Coconut Cookies

  • 250 g Flour
  • 250 g Sugar
  • 250 g Butter, soft
  • 200 g Desiccated coconut
  • 1 Pc. Egg
  • 2 pinch Salt
  • 5 g Baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 190 ° C fan-assisted air.
  2. Beat the butter, sugar, salt and egg until frothy. Add the flour, baking powder and desiccated coconut and stir into an even batter.
  3. Use two spoons or your hands to place walnut-sized balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, making sure there is a little space between them, as the last ones are a bit wide.
  4. Bake the cookies at 190 degrees air circulation for about 10-15 minutes. Then store the finished, cooled cookies in a tin.
