Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g meat sausage, cut into fine strips
- 125 g cheese (Gouda), cut into thin strips
- 2 m.-sized gherkins, cut into fine strips
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 1 m.-sized radish(s), cut into fine strips
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Vinegar

Meat sausage with Gouda, pickles and radish
Mix sausage, radish, cheese, and pickles with onion and garlic. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and condensed milk, stir everything together, and season with vinegar, salt, and pepper.
