not too sweet

Mix all ingredients—except the chocolate—to form a smooth batter. Chop the chocolate and mix 1/3 of it into the batter. Set the rest aside. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, use a tablespoon to form small mounds. Be careful not to make too large mounds, as the batter will expand. Press the remaining chopped chocolate into the mounds. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (convection oven) for approximately 12-14 minutes. Let rest for a while.
