Kinder chocolate mousse

Spread the love

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 150 g chocolate (Kinder chocolate)
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g butter, room temperature
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then beat the cream and sugar until stiff peaks form (you can also add cream stabilizer if you like). Melt the Kinder chocolate and let it cool slightly. Whisk together the room-temperature butter and the still-melted chocolate. Gradually add the two egg yolks, stirring constantly, until a smooth, glossy mixture forms. Carefully fold the cream and egg whites into the mixture. Refrigerate overnight until ready to serve. Tip: This also works with Yogurette.
