Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 500 g morello cherries, pitted and drained
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp sugar (preferably lavender sugar)
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 300 ml cream
- 200 g biscuits (wholemeal) or chocolate wafers
- chocolate sprinkles

quick, easy, impressive dessert
Whisk the quark with the sugar, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy, then set aside. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form and fold into the quark mixture. Place the biscuits or waffles in a freezer bag and roll them out with a rolling pin (I let my kids do this; they love it). You should have 6 whiskey glasses ready. Others will work, of course, but these are best for filling. Now alternate layers of biscuit crumbs, then the quark mixture, and then the cherries. Finally, place a cherry on top and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles.
