Hungarian bean vegetables grandmother style

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g beans, green
  • 150 g sour cream
  • Flour, for binding
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam, heaped
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash and trim the beans. Sauté them in a pan and add water to cook until al dente. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the sour cream with a little flour and the apricot jam until smooth, add to the beans, and cook briefly.
