Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g glass noodles
- 400 g minced meat
- 2 carrots
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 250 g soy sprouts
- Oil, neutral
- salt and pepper
- Soy sauce
- Oil (sesame oil)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry the minced meat in oil until crumbly and set aside. Peel the carrots and cut into thin strips. Trim, wash, and slice the spring onions. Wash the bean sprouts. Pour lukewarm water over the glass noodles and let them soak for 10 minutes. Fry the spring onions in a little oil until almost cooked, then briefly stir-fry the carrots and soybeans. Drain the glass noodles, cut them into pieces with scissors, and add them to the vegetables. Add the minced meat and cook everything together over high heat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
