always delicious

Mix the flour, dried yeast, and salt in a bowl. Then add the egg, margarine, and milk and knead everything into a smooth dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 35 minutes. In the meantime, grease a round springform pan and refrigerate. Peel and dice the onions. Fry the bacon cubes in a little margarine and add the diced onions, sautéing and cooking for about 10 minutes. Remove the onions from the heat and let cool slightly. Roll out the dough and line the springform pan with it, leaving a 3 cm high edge. Sprinkle the dough base with breadcrumbs. Now add the eggs, sour cream, and salt to the onions and mix everything well. Spread the onion mixture over the dough base. Let rise again and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25-35 minutes. Serve while still warm. New wine goes well with this.
