Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100g Nutella
- 125 g butter, soft
- 150 g sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 85 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder, dark
- 100 g hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 2 bananas
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with a nice juicy core
Place the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, Nutella, and 1 mashed banana in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until soft and creamy. Gradually add the eggs. Sift the flour and cocoa powder into the bowl, then add the nuts and fold in. Spread onto a greased 20 x 20 cm baking sheet lined with baking paper. Slice the other banana and spread it on top of the brownie mixture. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for approx. 25-45 minutes, depending on the baking pan used.
