Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g rusk or biscuit crumbs
- 1 tbsp cane sugar
- 75 g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 75 g cane sugar
- 500 g quark, low-fat quark or low-fat cream cheese
- 750 g apples, cut into thin slices
- 50 g almond(s), sticks
- 1 tbsp cane sugar

Mix the cookie crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan. Beat the eggs and sugar until creamy, then stir in the quark. Then pour the mixture into the base. Arrange the apples on top of the quark mixture. Sprinkle with the almonds and sugar. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes. Use a knife to separate the edges from the pan and let it cool completely.
