Put flour on the work surface, make a crater, add 3 eggs and salt and mix, then slowly add milk and oil alternately, kneading in more and more flour until you have a smooth dough, which takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Form a log of dough, divide it into 6 equal pieces and let it rest under a tea towel for about 10 minutes. Now roll it out on a floured surface, stretch it out, and roll it again until it is thin enough, about 3 mm. Spread 1-2 tablespoons of crème fraîche, add the sliced apples (about 2 handfuls), roll it up, and place it in the baking dish (in which about 100 ml of oil is distributed). Repeat the process 6 times and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes. Mix 500 ml of milk with 4 eggs, pour over the Maultaschen and let it set in the switched off oven for about 15 minutes.
