super easy, super quick, super tasty

First, preheat the oven to 170°C (fan/convection oven). Separate the eggs and melt the chocolate over a double boiler. Then, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl, add the cream cheese, and beat until creamy. Add the egg yolks and mix, then add the egg whites and carefully fold in. Grease a 26cm springform pan and pour the mixture into it. Fill a deep baking tray with water and place the springform pan in it. Place both in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 160°C and bake for a further 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake rest in the oven for a further 15 minutes. Remove the cake from the oven and remove it from the pan. Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
