Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 liter tea, black, strong
- 100 g brown rock sugar
- 500 g apple
- ½ pineapple, fresh
- ½ lime(s)
- 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
- 2 cloves
- 3 coriander seeds
- 3 allspice berries
- 250 ml Calvados
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Pour the tea into a pot and add the rock candy. Peel and thinly slice the fruit, then add it to the tea. Add the spices and bring to a boil. Let it steep over low heat for about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, pour in the Calvados, strain everything through a sieve, and serve hot.
