Apple punch with maple syrup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 tbsp tea
  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 250 ml apple juice
  • 1 stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 2 star anise
  • 4 carnations
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp Calvados
  • 500 ml water

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat all ingredients with the water and let it steep for 10 minutes. Strain and serve in hot punch glasses.
