Hot almond milk

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 600 ml milk
  • 8 tbsp almonds, ground
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • Bitter almond aroma
  • 200 ml egg liqueur
  • Almonds, whole, with skin, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine the milk, almonds, sugar, and flavoring in a saucepan and heat. Divide the eggnog among 4 heatproof glasses. Pour in the almond milk and stir well. Sprinkle the chopped almonds with the skins on top. Serve hot.
