Apricot curd with grapes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g grapes, blue
  • 200 g grapes, green
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 250 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 150 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 200 g compote (apricot)
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash, dry, and halve the grapes. Marinate in a bowl with honey and lime juice. If desired, add cinnamon to taste. Stir together the vanilla yogurt and low-fat quark until smooth and fold in the apricot compote. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until stiff and carefully fold into the apricot cream. Layer the mixture alternately in small dessert bowls or in a large bowl. Serve chilled.
