Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 cloves garlic
- Parsley
- dill
- chives
- sorrel
- Pimpinella etc.
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Thoroughly mix the room-temperature butter with the cream cheese. Finely chop all the herbs. Crush the garlic. Blend everything until smooth, season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. It tastes just as good with grilled meat as it does with baguette or boiled potatoes!
