Spicy Brunch Meatballs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 200 g bread(s) – spread, (Brunch Paprika-Pepper)
  • 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 4 tbsp vegetable cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the onion and garlic and chop very finely. Place the minced meat in a bowl. Add the onion, garlic, brunch, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper and knead well with the dough hook of a hand mixer. Form the minced meat mixture into 8 meatballs. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the meatballs in the pan and fry for about 5 minutes on each side.
