Spicy honey sauce for fondue

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp honey, e.g. B. Forest honey
  • 300 g ketchup
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives, chopped
  • 1 tsp curry
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

A kind of BBQ sauce

Whisk together the honey and ketchup. Finely chop the garlic and stir in. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and season with salt and pepper.
