Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease and flour a 30 x 45 x 2.5 cm baking sheet. Melt the butter, chocolate, and cocoa powder together in a double boiler. Let cool slightly. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, coffee powder, vanilla sugar, and sugar. Stir in the cooled chocolate. Let cool to room temperature. Mix 100 g of flour, baking powder, and salt and add to the cooled chocolate mixture. Mix the walnuts and chocolate chips with the remaining flour and add to the mixture. Place the dough on the baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes.
