Brownies with bananas and chocolate

Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 170°C (fan oven). Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Beat the eggs with the sugar and honey until frothy. Slowly stir in the oil. Combine the sugar, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and quickly stir into the egg mixture. Mash the bananas with a fork. Then add the melted chocolate and bananas to the batter and quickly stir in. Pour the batter into a rectangular baking pan lined with baking paper. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes and do the skewer test. Once cooled, dust with cocoa and/or powdered sugar. My baking pan measures 35 x 22 cm; it shouldn’t be any bigger, but rather a bit smaller.
