Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g beef, cooked
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • herbs, chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the beef, peel and finely dice the onion, and dice the cucumber and tomatoes. Make a sauce with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix with the beef, onion, cucumber, and tomatoes, then stir in the herbs.
