Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 1 large egg(s)
- 0.38 liters of water, cold
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 200 g bacon, diced
- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- some margarine for spreading
- Grease for the tray

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Uzlivaca
Mix together the flour, egg, and water. The batter should have a thick consistency. Dice the potatoes. Finely chop the onion and fry with the bacon cubes in a little margarine. Mix everything into the batter. Grease a baking tray well and spread the mixture on it. Bake in the oven at 225°C on the lowest rack for about 25 minutes, until the underside is nicely browned. Brush the potato cake with margarine and bake for another 15 minutes on the top rack, until the surface has turned a beautiful golden yellow. Let the potato cake cool slightly and cut into pieces. You can serve it with any yogurt dip. We think homemade Bresso is particularly delicious with it.
