Cielito's vegan tzatziki

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 ml cream (soy cream)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 1 ½ onions, red
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 tsp pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Tzatziki with soy cream

Peel the cucumber, cut into small strips, and place in a prepared bowl. Peel the onions and garlic cloves, cut into very small dice, and add to the cucumber strips. Finely chop the dill and add it to the bowl. Season with pepper and soy cream and stir. Chill the tzatziki and stir again before serving.
