Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 125 g Camembert(s), 50%
- 1 tbsp butter, soft
- 1 shallot(s), finely diced
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 2 tsp caraway seeds, ground or crushed
- 4 tbsp beer (pilsner)
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled and finely chopped
- 1 bunch chives, in rolls
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 4 radishes, in sticks
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Combine the Camembert, butter, and other ingredients with two-thirds of the chives (but not the radish sticks) in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a fork. Season to taste with cayenne pepper and a pinch of salt. Serve one-third of the chives with the radish sticks separately. Sprinkle both on the buttered bread as desired. I serve it with pretzels, hearty whole-grain bread, and at least a half-opened pilsner.
