Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 4 onions, red
- 4 cups sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated
- 2 packs of diced ham
- 1 pack of grated cheese, as desired
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spread the puff pastry on a baking sheet, raise the edges slightly, and curl them with your fingers. Slice the onions, place them in a mixing bowl, and mix with the sour cream, beaten eggs, vegetable stock, and diced ham. Spread the mixture over the puff pastry. Place the tarte flambée in an oven preheated to 180°C (350°F) and bake for about 35 minutes. If you like, you can also top the tarte flambée with cheese.
