East Prussian sour cream ham according to Grandpa Paul

Peel the potatoes and cook as usual. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the smoked pork slices on both sides. In the past, smoked ham was fried in slices. Add the 4 cups of sour cream and the chives, cut into small rolls, and add them as well. Season with salt if desired and serve with the potatoes. Serve with a green salad.
