Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 small can of corn
  • 4 slices of pineapple
  • 2 m.-large gherkins
  • 1 large apple
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • ¼ red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp pineapple juice
  • some soy sauce and
  • Worcestershire sauce and
  • Tabasco , a few drops each
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with tuna, pineapple and of course corn – very simple party recipe!

Drain the corn and tuna. Slice the pineapple, cucumber, apple, and bell pepper into strips and mix everything together. For the marinade, combine the mayonnaise, pineapple juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce into a creamy marinade and season well with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and enjoy with baguette.
